Good day Please assist me with resolving an accommodation issue with AvocaTravels

Good day Please assist me with resolving an accommodation issue with AvocaTravels. I am in Bali Best Western Resort Kuta and the traveling agent is has booked us in a dirty hotel and the hotel is located in a horable place, the rooms are smelling and we couldn’t sleep well at night. We are here 5 days and we won’t survive this place because everything is dirty and smells. The traveling agent promised to resolve the issue but we haven’t relieved a response from her. Attached screenshots are all the communication we had . Please ask her to move us to a decent place today . Thanks Nomsa
