DO NOT USE AVOCA TRAVELS! The worst travel agency I’ve ever dealt with. I am furious at the appalling service. I reached out to them based on an advertised package. I only ended up booking my flights because their service was so unprofessional, I couldn’t trust them with anything else.

1. Incorrect flights: Despite clearly stating my travel dates and that I didn’t want a layover in Doha, they booked us for the WRONG day with a 9-hour layover! A better flight was available with a 2-hour layover — no excuse. Which agent would deliberately book flights with a long layover?? When questioned, they refused accountability or a full refund. They just cover for each other. 2. Impossible to reach: Calls ignored. Emails go unanswered for days — even urgent ones. I repeatedly asked them to call me — they never did. Emails from NoorJehan were riddled with typos and incomplete sentences. 3. They ignore details: I filled in their booking form with our flight meal preferences. It was completely IGNORED No meals were arranged for our departure. The only time they respond quickly is to take your money, after that expect silence. 4. No Transparent Pricing: They don’t provide a proper breakdown for packages – just throw a single total at you. Every other reputable agency lists exactly what you’re paying for.

They could’ve fixed things, but chose not to. Instead, they blamed me. That is not the behaviour of a reputable agency. I deeply regret ignoring the early red flags. You will not experience this kind of service at trusted agencies like Pentravel or Flight Centre. Check Hello Peter if you need more proof — the reviews speak volumes. If you value peace of mind, book elsewhere. Travel is expensive — you deserve to be taken seriously. This agency is a nightmare, and I’ll never use them again.
