Arena Beach Hotel a disappointment

We booked our holiday with Noor to Maldives, and traveled March, as we were celebrating my husband's 40th. Noor was amazing and very efficient however we were disappointed with our accommodation at the Arena Beach Hotel. We arrived early and waited to be checked at 3pm. To our surprise to get to our room, and it was filthy, the room was not swept, the beds were dirty, we had to get someone to clean the room while we waited outside. Then every morning we had no water, for three days we stayed at Arena Beach hotel, there was no water. We complained and they said the water would come by midday which it didn't. We eventually asked for a new room after 3 days and were moved to one of their other hotels, which was much better. Please also note that because it is a public island, there is no alcohol available anywhere. Alcohol is only served on private islands, if you book a water villa. Please also book day trips when you get there, as they have a good selection instead of booking from SA. Thanks
