They don't deliver, they'll keep on telling you about their suppliers

I made a purchase on the 29 November and delivery was supposed to be 6 December, they did not deliver I made countless follow ups they kept telling me that they'll follow up with their supplier which is odd because I thought they already had the advertised item. Ive now canceled my order and want my money back.
