The worst shopping experience

Must be the WORST shopping experience ever. Most of the items are out of stock. If you FINALLY find something, and order there is no way you can change. I tried to change just my date 5 minutes after I ordered. Absolutely NO CHANCE IN HELL. The agent just cuts me off. Absolutely shocking online support.
