Terrible Service - No accountability!!!

Terrible customer service and rude chat consultants.

Food paid for but no delivery took place. When I logged a query, I was blatantly ignored even after I did numerous follow ups. One agent answered me on the app chat, they told me to call the driver. I told them the number isn't going through and they just ended the chat, totally gaslight after that.

FYI: I DON'T HAVE AN AGREEMENT with drivers, but with AVO!!! Why should I call drivers to check where my good is when avo has my money.
