Ordered a fine living gas heater and spices rack under order no; 4WJ-PXG-M7W ON THE 06/04/2023 received the spice rack on the 13/04/2023 and I was told the heater will follow month later cancelled the order and requested a refund and I was told that the refund will be processed to my surprise received a call from Avo telling me that my order was delivered and I signed for it and kept on telling them via email that I didn`t receive any delivery beside the spice rack and requested for a delivery note and the delivery was signed by someone(Concellet) that I don`t even know and no body called me that the order was been delivered and I have been on numerous back and forth emails and a call now and again from Avo trying to convince that I received the order today-17/05/2023 ordered a replacement gas heater with Takealot got my heater same day Hussle free guys don`t use AVO they`re a bunch of ****** audit trail of the order in question has so may delivery dates and different confirmation of the order till now haven't received refund. AVO/Nedbank I want my full refund together with compensation of all emotional destress you caused me and my family.
