Rude customer agents

You have the worst customer service agents ever, they are not only ***********, they are rude. An agent ended a chat while I still asking questions about an order that stated on the app was supposed to be delivered. I should have come here first to see how bad you treat your customers before ever placing an order, your discounts are worth nothing if you are disrespectful to customers
