PRODUCTS NOT DELIVERED AND REFUND NOT RETURNED

I ordered dog beds on this app 3months ago. After 6 weeks of not receiving my order, I finally cancelled it in hopes I'd at least get my money back. Its been another month and still nothing. I've followed up multiple times and each time Noone knows a thing about anything. USELESS ONLINE APP. DO NOT USE OR TRUST. just another waste and ****.
