Poor Customer Experience with AVO SuperShop

I had a very poor experience with AVO SuperShop. I purchased a voucher for R50, and the payment was successfully deducted from my account, but I never received the voucher. After contacting customer support, I was informed that the amount would be reversed, but the refund has still not been processed.

While the amount involved is only R50, the lack of resolution and communication has been frustrating. I hope the company can improve its customer service and refund processes to prevent similar issues for other customers.
