ORDER CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE

Terrible service. After using the app once successfully, I was unable to ling Nedbank Greenbacks points for about 6 -8 months. They eventually sorted out. I then ordered a table. Got a call last week Wed from an Avo agent to ask if I had received the order. I had not and told him so. The app showed that delivery would be either Thurs or Fri. Nothing arrived by Friday. On Monday I logged into app only to find "Order Cancelled". All I've been told by agent is that supplier ran out of stock. I urgently needed this item for a new airbnb guest that checks in this Friday! Absolutely terrible service. It seems the more banks want to entice people with points, the less you can use them.
