NO GO AVO !! Very Disappointing !!!

I bought a SMEG MINI Kettle from AVO on the 16th of December 2022. Very excited to receive my parcel a few days earlier than expected only to open my parcel and get a Magneto Torch. Immediately informed AVO of this problem, which upon the answer was I need to send an email with photos of the wrong product. They acknowledged my email and apologized and said they would investigate.

I have made numerous phone calls asking as to when I will get the problem resolved and get the actual product I paid for, only to be told suppliers are closed and will be resolved in the New Year.

We are now on the 12th of January 2023 , and after making another few phone calls, I still dont have answers. I have now requested for a refund - but still no joy.

Dont waste your time or money - as clearly AVO is not getting it right.
