Masterclass in disappointment

I'm really unhappy with Avo SuperShop. I ordered something from them over three weeks ago, and they didn't deliver it when they said they would. Every time I asked them about my order, they didn't give me a straight answer. They kept saying it would ship soon, but now they're telling me they don't even have the item anymore and they've canceled my order. This has been a terrible experience. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
