LACK OF SERVICE DELIVERY

Poor service delivery. I have been in contact with the call cèntre, there is only excuses and no solutions. My first order I returned due to poor condition. I'm still waiting on my refund. Second order was placed on 23rd October 2023whilst waiting for for order. Was promised delivery by 7th November 2023. I called to enquire about delivery. I was told that they are out of stock. They are supposed to inform their client if there is no stock. I told them I was going to complain to Hello Peter because their lack of communication to clients. I will never anything online from them again.
