********** is an understatement, the service was beyond pathetic

If there was Zero rating I would’ve DEFINITELY opted for that. The one star is alot,If you’re considering ordering on Avo stay away completely!The service is **********, I have had such a nightmare dealing with them. I’ve never experienced this much incompetence, this is shockingly awful for a bank like Nedbank👎🏾I placed an order for a fridge on the 20th of November, I called in to follow up, an extremely rude consultant told me the delivery date is the 13th and I should wait for that. Theres been NO communication inbetween either, today is the 13th still no update or sign of delivery. Assurance or updates on delays go a very long way with customers , I can’t believe this supershop is still in operation 🤢🤢the staff are so nonchalant even when you ask for updates. Extremely disheartening!!! I will discourage ANYONE who attemps to even try use this,no one should ever have to go through such a headache for their money. This was awful!!
