Horrible service

Worst experience ever, made a purchase on their stupid shop on the 29th of November and it was scheduled to arrive on the 6th of December which was actually on the day that I needed it, 3 weeks later and after tons of follow ups I still haven’t received it.

Now I’m being told to fetch it in Germiston from the courier (Skynet) who have been sitting with this parcel for 2 weeks and I’m in Pretoria😔
