From Christmas present to nightmarish regret

It has been two weeks since I placed my order and I have still not received the item. None of their contact numbers work, my emails have gone unanswered, and the chatbot provides no responses. The service has been terrible. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from them, and I dread to think what their after-sales support would be like.
