False advertising and poor service

False advertising and slow and terrible service. Customer doesn't come first. Firstvorder on Avo has been a disaster. I've been told there was a glitch with my order as the pictures were incorrect. That is definitely not the customers fault. That is an avo problem and the customer should be provided with what was advertised. Days after my payment and then i was notified of this issue. It's now almost a month and the issue is still not resolved.
