Dont buy products from them.
I bought xbox controller that started malfunctioning, It was still within the warranty period, I requested a replacement.
They made me jump through multiple hoops before telling me I have to claim directly from Microsoft just in time for my warranty to be up.
The person helping me with my case was friendly but not helpful at all.
If they arent willing to replace or refund broken prodcuts within warrenty, why would you buy anything from them?
Buying form Avo is wasting your money.

My advice going forward would be not to buy Microsoft products from them as they cannot get replacement or refunds without having the customer jump through many hoops.
I'm sure locally manufactured products have a different story. But when it comes to Microsoft rather buy the products in store.
