Don't buy from Avo - Worst service

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare. I decided to try them out as they seemed to have a good deal on the food processor I wanted. So I took a chance and bought it. First they delivered the item more than two weeks later, only for me to discover that it was the wrong one. They fetched their incorrect item more than two weeks ago and they still haven't refunded me. I don't know how many times I have called and e-mailed them only to be disappointed over and over again.
