DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM!

This is the worst ecommerce platform ever. Completely unreliable and *************. I had earned points with Nedbank and just wanted to use them on something that I needed. On 2 occasions I ordered something, I was told by an agent (useless), was in stock (it should have been if it was available to order), only to find out it wasn't a week later. Another week to be refunded in each case. So then I just ended up purchasing a couple items to use up my points - one of which was a toasted sandwich maker. The cheapest, *******, plastic, Chinese cra* arrived, and completely broke the very first time I used it. Trying to return this product is the reason I am writing this - impossible.
