Daylight *******, unacceptable service

Absolutely disgusting service received my these people! I cancelled a flight booked with Avo on 6th October, due to a change in flight times with the airline. They informed me I need to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund. It has been 2 and a half months I am still waiting for my refund with no communication from these people. Robbing people of their hard earned money!
