Collection and Refund

This app is all and good when purchasing but when returning its extremely bad. One has to constantly do a follow up on when the item will be collected of which it takes ages not to mention the processing of the refund, another tedious very long process, it entails a long phone conversation with some not all slow Avo personnel. It’s emotionally and mentally draining to the core. I’m thinking of now deleting the App altogether for good. I’m exhausted in all honesty. I’m unhappy.
