Bad Avo!

order no: 4VR-JDE-QPW I ordered my invertor on the 13th December 2022 and it stated that it’ll be delivered nicely before Xmas on the 22nd December. Waiting in vein on the day, no calls, emails and messages stating there’s any delays. Then following up a few days later only to be told there’s an issue with suppliers?? Now surely if there were any issues why do I not get notified? The agent then goes on to say that they will make contact with me soon after. It’s the 3rd January 2023 and I haven’t received any form of communication on updates!
