Avo's support staff turned my experience around

I bought a 12-piece pot set from Avo, being my first purchase I had high expectations. I thought being affiliated with Nedbank would ensure they're a good service provider. I was misled by the advert as it seemed like a fair deal when it wasn't.

Saying the pot set was small is an understatement. It made Wish's items look normal sized lol

I complained that I wasn't happy and asked for a refund. Long story short, they've mailed to say they'll process the refund in 3-7 days. I'll see if I get it.

Avo's support staff weren't overly professional but they helped me and stayed in touch regarding updates.

They managed to turn my experience around in the end, for which I'm grateful.

I initially fumed about the service and said I'd never buy from Avo again but I'll reconsider once I receive my refund.
