Avoid Avo Superstore!

An E-commerce store operating like its still 2010.

Ordered an item. Received a delivery date. Not delivered on that date. I had to call to ask why its delayed. Awhile later got told its out of stock. And I will be refunded. Thats an easy way out, no accountability by Avo or its supplier - the app should be up to date!

Promised a credit. Received the Avo Wallet portion of the credit, however the cash/card portion is yet to be paid. Now they want me to provide bank statements to show it wasn't received. So the inconvenience is on me to hustle and get my own money back?

Not my first bad experience with them. Avoid.
