Avo Supershop cancelling orders after receiving payment. Poor customer service.

I ordered a Samsung S24 online with the current special going on. After payment went through I received an email saying the order is cancelled. According to customer service, the money is supposed to reflect back into the account the same day. It has been 72 hrs and they still cannot help me with a refund or promise that they will extend the special due to their poor service. The special ends tomorrow 28 February 2024.
