Avo super shop not great

I've been struggling since December 2022 to purchase vouchers as I cannot add my number on the profile. I had it escalated, after 2 weeks I tried to purchase vouchers and it worked somehow without adding my number. I wanted to purchase again but unable to. Same problem occurred, I can't purchase. Escalated again. Until now the technical team hasn't come back as to why I could purchase previously but not able to now. Still struggling. Chatted with agents online yesterday, no reply.
