Avo super shop

I had bought a phone through Avo supers hop,thinking that since they are affiliated to NEDBANK,they would not be a nightmare to deal with. I had not received the phone,but on their tracker,it appeared as if I had. When I engaged them through their chat bot,it was communicated to me that,the driver tried to call me three times. That is simply untrue ,I received a another delivery from another company after one phonecall.Is this a ****,NEDBANK what is this?
