AVO Solar after sales review

AVO come and do a pre sales acessment and based on their recommendation one can up take the offer, which I found to be acceptable. The installation was efficient and all is in good order. My complaint is that since installation the system has not been optimised for my home. My Eskom is the same but now I have an additional commitment to R3600 for 8 years! R200 000 for a big “White Elephant” on my roof! The system optimisation should be a key factor to post installation. And this should be a free service after installation. Decorating our roofs and getting instalments, AVO this is a disappointment against a major eco and energy investment.
