AVO - Not a Supershop.... Shocking service

My first order with Avo was for Lego on 10 Dec 2022. Cancelled by Avo, as they "didn't have stock." I have the screen shots of the product showing as available on their web site, but the price was a really low price. Personally, I think they messed the price up, and didn't want to honour it. I've made two subsequent orders with them in order to spend my Greenbacks. Both orders cancelled with no notice whatsoever. I notified them of my concerns on their FB page eventually (5 Jan 2023). Despite promising to "action it a.s.a.p." I have still not heard anything back.

It's a joke of a store, not a super store. I'm pretty sure maintaining correct stock levels on a web site is possible, and when something is out of stock, that it is removed from the web site, and when there is a query, that you are able to at least resolve the clients issues in less than almost a month.
