Avo is the worst company to buy from!!!

Avo is a very bad company. I wouldn't advice anyone to buy things through them!!!

I purchased a mobile phone on Avo on the 10th of July and my order was supposed to be delivered to me in 3-5 days and I as I am writing this I haven't receive my order as yet. The supplier whom I purchased the phone from delivered to Avo in time and what they did was to put in the wrong address on my order while my registered address on their website is 100% correct. Parcel was delivered from Cape Town to Durban, Durban to Kimberley, Kimberley to Sandton then Sandton to Kimberley again while I stay in Kuruman Northen Cape.

I called and emailed them several times and they kept on telling me lies that I will receive my parcel on which day and it hasn't being delivered to me till this day..On Saturday I called them and they said the person who made a mistake is the supplier and I spoke to the supplier right away and he sent me proof that he delivered the parcel to Avo on the agreed time. The supplier emailed them the very same time Saturday, they rep**** to him that their logistics team says I will get my parcel on the 24th which is today of which I didn't get.

It's the 14th day today since my parcel has been shipped. I am really upset and regret that I chose to do business with AVO.
