Avo by Nedbank IS A ****

How can Nedbank associate themselves with these ************? I ordered an airfryer on the 25th of November 2022 a week later when tracking my shipment it stated that my " package is on its way". Well, it is the 9th of January 2023 and the package is still on its way. After multiple times contacting Avo via email, chatting on the online app and telephonically it was a futile exercise.

Every consultant I interacted with gave me the same response "Your issue has been escalated and will revert soon" or something similar. I have been "rewarded" with a R250 voucher which I won't redeem as I just want what I paid for or my money back.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS MY NEXT COURSE OF ACTION?
