Avo buyer beware if the supplier has no stock you may not be refunded!!!

Bought items on Avo on the 26th January - no stock of the items and I was informed that my credit card would be refunded. Despite reminders every day I still have not been refunded one week later. When I contact them they just fob me off with comments like it has been referred to Finance division/ Management. For information my credit card is with Nedbank which is affiliated to AVO! It is a pity as the store and app are great but is completely let down by their processes. My next step is to report a ********** transaction through Nedbank.
