Account Blocked

Hi My Avo account has been blocked due to several transaction attempts. I've contacted the contact centre and was informed that I need to send a copy of my ID. I do not feel comfortable in sending my ID as other similar apps like takealot do not require any copies of my ID. I have been ****med before.
