Absolutely disgusting service from Avo and Hirsch

This is the most disgusting service that I could possibly receive. Not only did they deliver an item that was already broken but the customer service is absolutely putrid. I’ve had to raise the concern with the private Banker, who was told the same thing. For a high valued item, which was meant to be securely purchased was anything but smooth. Manager Augustine and Devendran are always “escalating” the issue. For a Dyson, it arrived in an opened box from Hirsch which was an out of box failure. I’ve now been informed that there is fault in doing the assessment after longer than 14 days; Avo has not offered a solution to the situation nor have they even assisted in refunding me. Possibly the worst service to date.

All call center agents are not trained well enough or do not even care to assist the clients who have received the worst service.
