Bad attitude after complaining about a room

After I booked in (paid) I found the room they gave me shocking. Cheap old furniture, half painted walls with a cheap small heater. The room smelled like lots of people were locked inside for a week without fresh air. The shower floor was white from all the soap not even washed off. <br> False advertising \your home in a tropical paradise"!<br> I was handled with disbelief and a very bad attitude from the receptionist as well as the owner/manager. I was even confronted by the owner because I apparently complained in front of other customers (which I never noticed) and even if someone overheard the conversation"
