Yes

Ive rented a car from Avis on 30 september till 3rd october, on the 4th was expecting an invoice of which didnt come, i reached out to Avis then was told that my account appears to be an international Account on that they would investigate but how did they authorise to deposit money on hold? On the 10th i reached out again thats when i received my invoice and the a letter that was supposed to hv bn sends to my bank to release authorised amounts. My rejected a letter and requested Avis to send on my b3half. So now a problem is that Avis did not or not willing to debit the amount that is due to them so that my bank can release the difference. Am bn told by Avis that they hv on the 10th october debited my account of which there is no such a thing. I went through my statement with my bank to confirm the debit transaction of which there is no such a transaction in my account i hv request3d Avis to provide me with evidence or proof ot that debit transaction from their merchant of which they could not provide. Am really dissapointed in Avis the level of service i received is very poor,. Every day you speak with a different agent whereby you freshly needs to start again from scratch as to explain. Ive returned back their vehicle on the 3rd october but am yet to receive my money back. If there is some discrepancy within their comoany they must just be level with me. Am tired of this thing of them. They r putting a blame on my bank whereas they r failing to provide us with proof. There is alot here to tell 1. "my accouny appears to be an international account" 2. I receive the email that was supposed to be sends to my bank, "3. Failing to provide me with debit transaction proof or evidence to show the money due to them been debited. Dear Avis please bring back my money
