Unable to assist with my refund

Rented a vehicle 14 Novemeber 2024 returned 29 November 2024 yet im still waiting for my refund.Contacted the call centre who informed me this was paid but i was not paid to my account so now this is my problem and i have no joy in getting any help from anyone at Avis budget not forgetting i rented a vehicle in June 2024 and has not yet been refunded .This is terrible service especially when we give the support .I will be making my way to one of your branches to throw my toys out the cot and i promise you i will be heard and get my refund.
