Terrible experience and service at Avis Rand Airpot in Germiston.

I returned the avis car at Rand Airport in Gemiston and was shown a small stone chip that I was made to acknowledge. Then Avis sent me an invoice of about R2700. 00 to say I am liable to pay. I complained to the Branch Manager at Rand Airport, and escalated my complaint to Avis customer service. The responses that I since got was "unpreparedness to listern to me". I am so not happy because that stone chip was supposed to be treated as fair wear and tear as per the Avis contract that I signed. Also, I previously experience bad service from Avis at Rand Airport, hence will not recommend for South Africans to use Avisbudget.
