Rude employees

I keep having horrible experiences at AVIS.

I wanted to exchange a car AVIS OR International as it was another available at the branch I collected the vehicle specific.

She told me it’s not available.

Asked if it can be noted cause I was advised that could be done.

The person assisting told me she would print the note, and put up there and whoever is available will get it cause she’s going on leave.

Another assistant sitting right next to her said “ ˈyä-də-ˈyä-də-ˈyä-də”

I just had an accident and now have to meet with people that are rude people at this AVIS.

I feel nothing has been done about it.

I had a horrible experience recently when I was going to collecting another vehicle.

I can understand a mere consumer has no power, but atleast treat them with dignity.
