Request for Intervention on Avis Refund

My name is Remofilwe Babeotswejang, a resident from Vryburg, North West. On the 20th of November 2023, I rented a polo tsi for two days from Avis branch in Vryburg. An amount of R10 000 was withheld from my Capitec account by Avis Vryburg. As agreed, I returned the car after two days in good condition.

Following that, an amount was charged by Avis for the rental charge for using the car to my Capitec account. Two weeks following the car rental I went to the Avis Vryburg branch to make an inquiry as the money that was withheld from my account had not been released.

To this day, Avis Vryburg has not refunded me my money, nor has it shown any interest to assist me in this regards. I have made numerous attempts, through going to their Vryburg offices, even communicating with the national Office but have failed dismally

I therefore request your urgent attention to the matter and assist me in getting my money back from Avis
