REFUND FROM AVIS

I have been trying to communicate with Avis Welkom office on the over charge that happened they were of no help, I made calls to head office spoke with Sifiso, then spoke with Nonhlanhla on Friday telling me that my money will be paid back within 24 this was on. Friday around 10h00 till now my money is back into my account I was left desperate out of town with incompetence. From the start of sending the car back no proper communication was done had request everything they took my money before I even know how much are damaged caused. I called again now requesting to speaking to Nonhlanhla she has placed me on hold for 15 minutes this morning I wrote her an email asking about the refund still no communication.
