Poor service or unprofessionalism of consultant

Good day I would like to highlight society about poor service I received from Avis rental Bram Fischer airport Bloemfontein I rented a car on the 27/11/2024 return it on the 14/12/2024 where by I was told by consultant on the counter that I will get my deposit refund within 5 - 7 working day from the day I return the vehicle,I waited nothing in my account I called they said I must come complete the form with my banking details because I informed them during my period of rental that my card that I used to pay deposit is stopped by the bank due to ***** case I opened,I am using new card consultant said as long as is the same account it won't make any difference but by then I already filled out a form with my account number Incase they don't win crediting my deposit on the card number that is stopped After 7 working days nothing in my account I called Avis they said my money only processed on the 20/12/2024 I asked how can u tell me 3 to 7 working days and u process money on the 20th none of Avis calling to update me because is their fault,ok I understood after another 7 working days from the 20th when the money was processed nothing in my account I called again they said is going to take 10 to 15 working days I started to feel that I am mistreated and is unprofessional I called again none of them calling me they updating me is then I asked lady who was helping me what is so difficult for me to get my deposit I told her that remember that I changed my card that I swiped with the day I paid deposit but I informed Bram Fischer branch and they said I must come over to complete my banking details that was during my rental period is then she told me on te 06/01/2025 that the money that was supposed to be credited bounced back on my call not any of them calling me to update me on that I gave her my new card number they processed credit on the 06/1/2025 am still waiting for the money till today which means I will wait 30 days since I returned car on the 14/12/2024 people must be careful on Avis theyl are not professional in that regards I spent lot of money calling for what is due to me
