Pay back my money!!!

Opened a rental agreement 31st August while my vehicle was in repairs. Returned the rental on 3rd of October. Today is the 8th of November and I am yet to receive my refund. I’ve made numerous calls to Avis and I keep on getting the ‘your refund will be paid out in so so so many days’ I hold on for so long on the lines only for no one to understand where my money is. I would like my refund back today still. I’m not waiting another month. Your service is pathetic!!!
