I feel ****** by Avis Budget Car Hire!

Useless after sales service! Still waiting for 8 weeks now for my deposit of R3410 to be refunded. Utterly useless... if you contact customer service they keep on telling you it is on hold, which it is not, because my bank says it was banked by their bank (Nedbank) and is not on hold on my account.
