I hired a car for 4 days. The first vehicle had to have its ball bearings replaced. I returned it. When I brought the vehicle back, WITH PETROL TANK FULL, I was charged a petrol fee and petrol EVEN THOUGH the tank was full!!! I am still waiting for them to send me a receipt for the petrol that they put in!!!
