Do not use Budget!! They take money from your credit card without any notification!!

After paying for the rental of a car my credit card was credited by another R3720 - without an invoice, without permission, without any details!!!!! This is a lot of money!!!! After phoning numerous times they said there was a chip on the windscreen...we didn't even know about it...and they don't have any proof that it wasn't there before we rented the car. How can they just replace the windscreen without notifying us and then ***** our money??!!
