Car Rental Extra Changes

Good Day, I have rented a vehicle from the Durban Airport 2 weeks ago. I then receive a notification that an amount of R281 has been deducted.

I tried calling the branch, head office and other departments and could not get a hold of them. I finally manage to find an e-mail address and ask them to confirm what are these charges, as I filled up before dropping off the vehicle. I also could not wash the vehicle as I collected it whilst it rained and dropped off in the rain. I had only done 121km over 2 days.

I get an e-mail with an invoice but no explanation or breakdown. I then ask them for feedback. I have given them more that 60 hours to respond (of which they say they will respond in 48 hours)
