Call center never gets back and also you deposit.

I recently rented a car from Avis for a day, my rental agreement number is E***. I collected the car in Musina on 30/05/2024 and returned it at O.R Tambo airport on 31/05/2024. Up until today, I have not received my deposit back. Does it always take that long?
